An Open Letter To Superior Court Judges In California

Dear Judge,

California leads the nation in Certified Anger Management Facilitators who use client workbooks along with Pre and Post Tests and evidenced based Emotional Intelligence/Anger Management curriculums. The investment in of time and money to pursue Certification should be applauded by all key decision makers in our state.

All courts should follow the long standing policy of the California State Superior Courts of Los Angeles that officially uses only Evidenced Based Anger Management Classes that use a structured curriculum, client workbooks and Pre and Post Tests for each client.

This policy protects the consumer from being taken advantage of by fraudulent On-line courses or process groups lead by counselors without training and Certification in Anger Management. Equally as useless is psychotherapy or medication for anger management.
