If you have exhausted your marketing efforts to bring in more income from your psychotherapy practice, maybe it’s time to add Anger Management to your professional interventions.
The average income for part-time Certified Anger Management Facilitators is far greater than the per session pay for services provided to Managed Health Care patients. Recently, I provided a four hour presentation to 50 physicians for a fee of $15,000. This is not bad for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Any services which can be offered in a group provides a greater income per hour for the provider. If you lead an anger management class for low income clients at a fee of $25 per session/hour, your income will be $250 per hour. There simply no way to earn this type of income from Private Practice.
